Presidents Message

As President of the Association of Information Technology Professionals I’d like to personally welcome you on behalf of the Board of Directors to our Capitol Chapter.

In joining you have made an excellent decision to align yourself with some of the area’s top professionals.  We strive to offer each member the opportunity to take advantage of our great programs and networking opportunities.  These local opportunities are in addition to all the programs and discounts offered to you as a member at the National Association Level.

As a member of this organization you will be encouraged to get involved in a variety of activities.  We will be contacting you to determine your areas of interest and expertise and will then match the results with others in our group.  This will allow us to include your assistance with a variety of projects and activities.  You will also be introduced at the next chapter meeting and our Membership Committee representative, who will be contacting you, will assist in the process.

Please note the bottom of this letter our Local Chapter, Region 5 and National Association Websites.  I would encourage you to visit these sites often to get the latest updates.  I would also encourage you to get a log-in account for the National Association webpage.

Please feel welcome to contact any board member, at any time, regarding issues that you would like to bring to our attention.  We look forward to having you as an active member and very much look forward to hearing ideas that you may have for future events.  Again, welcome to the Capitol Chapter of the Association of Information Technology Professionals.

Regards,

Dusten Nance
